The cost of session depends on your insurance plan. I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, CareFirst and United Healthcare. My out of network private pay rate is $150. I provide super bills that can be submitted for reimbursement.

I provide individual therapy and family therapy. Based on your needs, I collaborate with other providers and schools as needed.

We will start with a free 20 minute virtual consultation to see if we are a good fit. Based on your concerns and needs, I can give you information on how we will proceed and meeting frequency for sessions. There is no one therapist that is perfect for everyone. My goal is to help you reach your goals but also help refer you to a provider who can be a better fit if needed. I believe in honest feedback as therapy should be about what you need.
